Sales & Marketing Strategy Exec

This role is with an award-winning technology start up based in Central London. Graphyte is an AI-led marketing personalisation platform developed initially for the gaming and gambling industries. Founded in 2018 by two ex-industry executives who built and developed the platform from scratch, the company is in a high-growth phase, with an international client base of tier-one and tier-two operators spanning 4 continents, driving deep personalisation to end-users in over 150 countries.

Working directly alongside the CEO, we are looking for a numerate, bright and articulate graduate who is looking to gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of sales, marketing, investor and operation strategy that drives a modern, growing tech company.

Job description:

  • Develop and execute Graphyte’s marketing, content and PR plan in line with the company’s growth trajectory and product development launches. 
  • Build out the company’s sales pipeline through market sizing, deal analysis and pricing strategy support
  • Strategic support on investor and funding related initiatives, attending meetings with current or potential investors and working on meeting collateral
  • Support lead generation activities and engagement of new prospects through to acquisition, including identifying decision makers, making contact with prospects, managing meetings, creating and distributing minutes.
  • Liaise with 3rd party content, sales and creative agencies
  • Provide strategic support to sales and partnership activities, actively helping to shape partner strategy and execution plans
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral including the company website to support sales activities, PR and product implementation with clients.
  • Liaise with in-house offshore technical and product development team
  • Content creation / editing for opinion and thought leadership PR

Candidate profile:

This role would suit a graduate with a desire to immerse themselves in a tech start up environment at an early stage. The ideal candidate needs to be personable and have a desire to develop commercial and marketing skills alongside any technical knowledge – any prior experience would be an advantage. This role requires plenty of initiative and a desire to be hands on.
