Every operator has a different systems landscape which is why we have made our platform as flexible as possible to integrate with:
  • Graphyte’s Clickstream Javascript SDK is easily embedded into the Operator’s website directly or via a tag management solution
  • This is used to pass customer behavioural events to our platform to power our machine learning and AI and to identify customers to us using the customer’s user identifier (no PII is required)
  • When a customer later visits a publisher site the ad serving platform requests an ad from Bannerflow which in turn requests recommendations from Graphyte Recommend API 
  • Bannerflow render a completely personalised dynamic ad using the recommendation and serve to the publisher site
